THE SCOPE

Lean Labs was two-year old start-up company based around
personalized health metrics for its clients' success. Due to the company's infancy, many key components in its business model still needed to be proven in order to progress: retention and scalability. 

Our team was hired to test these hypotheses and discover what would be the best product-market fit for Lean Labs. Based on the findings, our team built out recommendations that would enhance Lean Lab's business model for success and what avenues would be the best opportunities for that.

The key insight discovered was that developing a sense of community would be the key driver for both retention and scalability. Beyond health-quantified metrics, at the very core, consistent and continual motivation comes through a community willing to struggle and strive together.
